Help - Abnormal EKG results?

I am not sure if this is the right info that I need to put on this post from the EKG strip but here it goes:

Sinus rhythm
Left ventricular hypertrophy by voltage only
Anterolateral ST elevation - cannot rule out myocardial injury
Inferior ST - T changes are nonspecific

Additionally:
I am 29 years old
just started taking BP medication (10mg benazepril) past two weeks.
My doctor says that if I can lose 20 lbs. I should not need BP medication.
I also started weight training and cardio training the past two months.

I do have a family history of high BP, never had heart problems other than the high BP.  I found this out, the EKG result because it is a pre employment test and I am worried that it may disqualify me or be a diagnosis for a impending problem, any ideas or analysis of the interpretation would be welcomed.  I guess my question is should I be worried about the results? (job wise and health wise)

I think you are o.k. but show the EKG result to your doctor just to be on the safe side.

No, trying to get a doctor's appointment today.  I forgot to add that I also did a treadmill stress test and according to that doctor that I passed it with no problem (thanks to my 2 month exercise prep).

Did you show your doctor the EKG result and what did he/she say?
