Thank you both sooo much for your advice! It has really been a true blessing finding this site! I will take both of your advice and put it too good use! I don't drink, I have stopped caffenine about 1 1/2 months ago and I do go on good long walks with my 2 girls( 13 and 14)! I don't even have to force them they love it as much as I do, thankfully we have a very nice neighborhood to walk in, lots of neighbors out as well. My doctors appt is not until next week to get the Thyroid and blood checked and it seems I am overly anxious for it to get here! :) I have had problems with Panic Attacks in the past but haven't even had one of those(knocking on wood) in years! Thank Goodness, I don't think I could handle that and these pesky Thumps and Flutters and Flipflops! I truly understand that thousands have them and some don't even know that they are having them, wish I could be as lucky! lol I will definitely try the magnesium and potassium and CoQ10. I just didn't know if anyone else here had ever given them a try and didn't want to do any harm by taking them.
My biggest obstical now is trying to QUIT SMOKING!!!! Anyone have a magic cure for that? haha I was given a prescription for Chantix but was unable to get it due to the Big Price!! I know it would be cheaper in the long run but I am without a job and just can't afford a hefty price for prescriptions right now. :(
My thumps and flutters and flipflops have settled down and I am feeling quiet well, I still have them jus not as much. I really wish they would come out with something that would help us all so we wouldn't have to continue to go out and spend hundreds a month trying to get better!!! We all jus wanna feel normal again, sometimes I can't even remember the last time I actually felt NORMAL.
I wish you both good health and keep cheering people like myself up, it really helps when others let you know your not alone! :)
God Bless you All

Oh, by the way. Calcium and Magnesium DO help with the flutters. I have also taken a potassium supplement, and it helped also. The best calcium/magnesium product is by Natures Way and you can get it on line from a company called Vitacost. Here is the link to it: http://www.vitacost.com/Natures-Way-Calcium-Magnesium-100-Capsules?csrc=PPCADWLT-calcium_and_magnesium&s_kwcid=calcium%20and%20magnesium|1742940731#IngredientFacts
It seems you are having lots of issues right now that can be causing these horrid flutters. I always get them worse when it is "that time of the month" UGH.
Anxiety about them can certainly make them worse. I know if I feel one little "blip" I am a mess all day, and usually, I will have more intense ones, I swear, I can almost think them into existence.
Low blood sugar can most definitely cause flutters, big time. I, too, am afraid to eat, when I do, I get them, but for me, it is normally due to my hiatal hernia, this cause gas in the diaphragm and this hits the vagas nerve and cause the palps. A low or high thyroid can also bring them on. Do you have food allergies, these have been known to cause Palps also.
I don't think we are the only ones out there who has them. I understand that literally thousands have them, it is just that some do not notice them. I also know that they are so common the doctors just don't take them seriously as they work with patients that have them so often. You and I are not alone, we have lots of company.
