Help Understanding my Holster Monitor Results

I am a 37 yr old female. I had a 24 hr holster monitor on last week. I picked up the results today. I understand none of it. The doctor's nurse gave them to me because with all my other illnesses they know I keep all results to everything in a binder but I never spoke to the doctor and not scheduled to until the 19th of Nov. He did write some stuff at the bottom of the first page but I can make none of it out at all. There is 5 things written out there by him numbered 1-5. The results of my test are as follows. Any info would be really really appreciated.

Thank you so much I really appreciate you taking the time to resond. It helps alot. It does make sense if it were serious he would have hauled me in there by now you are right lol. Thank you for making me see it that way.

I'm not a expert on the details, but send this in the hope it will help you cope.

First, the doctor has seen the results, albeit not able to write legible notes, and didn't send you to the hospital - that's good news and should mean there were no serious problems detected.

From the little I know, the results that I understand don't look alarming to me.  That is no "super high" heart rate or long period high HR.  This is from what I can make out reading the details, as said, I am not an expert.

Be calm, 19 November seems a long way off, but the doctor believes you are not at risk for having to wait that long.

Look to thing that take you mind off the subject, that will help your heart function at its best.
