These are SVT's, You had a bunch of isolated "one offs", plus a large number of couplets. You had four distinct episodes that totaled 12 beats. I don't believe this is too bad, all things considered.
The term "runs" are consecutive beats. For instance, since my cardiac ablation, I occasionally experience 8 to 12 beat "runs" of SVT before it drops out and back to NSR.
Of course, I have no idea what all this means for your health.
