High pulse rate in the mornings

by hahahehehahaho, Jul 11, 2009 02:49AM
Hi, I have been a bery high pulse rate ( probably about 110 ) in the mornings which is worrying me slightly. It slows down when I exercise and then after that it remains at about 60 during the day. I've had ECG's - all clear. Any ideas on what it could be?

What's going on in the morning, and are you talking about your HR before you get out of bed, or are you talking about sometime later, like after eating breakfast?

A HR of 110 is a too high rest HR...are there any other symptoms like irregularity beat rate or other feelings?
