Holistic methods for PVCs

Has anyone tried meditating or using imagery to rid of their PVCs?

Yes, my EP suggested to me to try meditating for my a-fib. I did and it did seem to help me to calm down when I was in an attack.

Mine were too prevalent.  In my case, I would have been meditating all day.

Seems to have helped twinbee, so perhaps you will also have some positive results.  Would love to know if you give it a try, and whether or not it helps.

I have tried two of the guided imagery and breathing exercise based meditations, you may try them as well, it has calming and relaxing music and instructions:

You must follow up with doctors advice also, that is a very important thing to do.
