Holter monitor results

I've been having chest pain along with being light headed and have a sharp pain radiate down my left arm. I went to a doctor and they performed a 24 hr. holter monitor test and blood work up. I got the results back and was unable to understand them I was hoping someone would be able to help me decrypt them I am a 20 year old male. Do these results state that everything is fine? The results are as follows:

The Patient's Holter Monitor Period was 23 hours and 36 minutes. There were a total of 111433 qrs complexes detected. The average heart rate was 77 bpm with a maximum heart rate of 162 at 05:04:40 and a minimum heart rate of 47 bpm at 19:005:28.
Tachycardia (heart rate>120 bpm) was noted 1.2% of the time. There were 16 tachycardia minutes with the longest episode occured at 20:40:40 for 1 minutes.
Bradycardia (heart rate<40 bpm) was noted 0% of the time.
No pauses exceeding 2.5 seconds were note<1% of the total beat count, were noted. Ventricular ectopics were observed as 303 isolated heart beats(s) and as 48 couplet(s). 6 runs were noted. 55 of the ventricular beats occurred in 18 bigeminal cycles. None of the trigemenial cycles.

Do you remember, or did you record in a diary what you might be doing during the period of 05:04:40 when your heart rate was 162 bpm? The number of ectopics isn't too high comparatively, but they can cause you some mental distress if you feel them.

Did your doctor not explain or give his/her opinion on your results?

It looks basically normal to me.  You have a few ectopic heartbeats, which almost all healthy adults do.
