Holter reading

Here is the results from my Holter monitor. I don't know what it means.

The patient's average hear rate was 105 BPM. Hear rates greater than 120 BPM were noted 23% of the time. No episodes of bradycardia were noted.
No pauses exceeding 2.0 seconds were noted.
38 ventricular ectopics were noted. the highest ventricular ectopic frequencty occurred from 2 pm to 3 pm wed. During this time 6 VE(s) occurred. Ventricular ectopics were observed as 34 isolated beats and as 2 couplets. No runs were noted.
236 supraventricular ectopics were noted. The highest supraventricular ectopic frequency occurred from 1 am to 2 am wed. During this time 47 SVE(s) occurred.

Can someone explain this to me?

Someone please tell me what this means. It scares me because heart disease runs in my family. My grandmother just had a quad. bipass.
