Borderline I think.

can't say because I've never heard the word, where did you have it done? maybe ask them what it means...without the entire test result shown, don't think we could take it out of context

anything else show on the holter?

Yes, a Holter report that contains 1 PAC or PVC will be considered borderline or abnormal. The report summary is completely useless and you should forget it.

What the numbers say is more interesting. But even there, several errors will occur (especially separating PVCs from PACs). Any QRS complex that is early and wider than 120 msec will be considered a PVC. Many PACs are conducted with aberrancy and for that reason counted as PVCs.

Congratulations.

You have a COMPLETELY normal Holter report that I think 99,99% of all users on this community would envy you.

You have 4 PACs. That's it. Not a single PVC. No runs. Your average heart rate is 70, which is as excellent as it can get.

Forget the paced beats. They are misregistrations.

To compare, this is my Holter report (approximately)

Dominant rhythm: Normal sinus rhythm
SVT runs: 0
VT runs: 0
Pauses: 0
Average heart rate: 76
Min heart rate: 38
Max heart rate: 186
Blocked QRS: 1
Premature supraventricular: 50
Premature ventricular: 14 (with a line through, they were aberrant PACs)
SV couplets: 0
SV triplets: 0
Ventricular couplets: 0
Ventricular triplets: 0
Artifacts: 2

Conclusion:
Sinus rhythm. Rare PACs, otherwise normal report. No significant tachycardia, bradycardia or pauses.

Did you feel a lot of palpitations during the registration, by the way? If you did, you now know that they aren't caused by arrhythmias.

I had the holter for 19 hours which makes avg heart rate 90 is that normal. Another thing what does qrs mean????

Even 90 is normal, but maybe your doctor would consider give you a small dose of beta blockers if you are nervous, experiencing palpitations and a little rapid heart rate. Regular exercise may help, too.

QRS essentially means heart beats. A heart beat is on EKG considered a P-QRS-T complex (it starts with P because O is Origo, zero, the beginning, and P is the next letter). A QRS complex is a ventricular depolarization, in other words, a heart beat =)

My test says 102247 normal beats and 102373 qrs.  Does that mean the difference of these are abnormal beats????

No, you have 4 PACs and that's the "abnormal" beats. If you had PVCs they would be noted in the "premature aberrant" sum (that's zero in your case).

The difference is artifacts (technical errors, stretched leads and other bugs) and the so-called paced beats that are misregistrations too. You don't have a pacemaker so they are of course wrong ;)

that's wonderful! wow that'a bout the best holter readings I've seen in my 2 years here  talk about green with envy! :P

I find it interesting how different all of our results and readings are...I had no artifacts and only had 2 premature atrial contractions in 24 hours and pvc's roughly 50,000 and 2 runs of NSVT, 2 couplets, 3 triplets. It says my predominant rhythm is sinus with ventricular bigeminy and trigeminy and an average rate of 89 beats per minute.

They weren't too worried about my HR just the pvc's, keep a log just in case things change then you can show your dr.
