I missed so many posts and so many people here. My GP said the holterHolter monitor (24h) that I'd done last month is normalNormal saline flush. I haven't got it in handHand or foot spasms Hand tremor yet. I'll post it when I got it. Sound like he can't help me anymore. He gave up on me now. I am very miserable. I really don't want that morning "express train" stays in my chest. and... dizziness. Sound like I am a liar.... It is NO such symptom and medical term in documentry yet? Would sugar too low or too high cause that? They don't believe what I said. It is the only choice to wait for perimenopause, menopause pass.... or I got to diagnose by myself?
I am still in the junction to decide whether or not to go ahead with the gastroscopy and colonoscopy? If you, would you go for the test that the doctor who don't want to take care as his/her patient anymore? I am pretty confidence that the tests would be normalNormal saline flush as well. I had both of them done in Jan 2007 which were "normalNormal saline flush".
Hi Pika. I've sent you a very very long e-mail about my opinion on the above, check your hotmail and profile addresses.
I did want to say that low blood sugar can definitely make your heart pound hard and fast as well as cause dizzyness. Maybe you should check your blood sugars first thing in the morning for a few days. There's a thing called the Dawn Phenomenon, which makes your sugar shoot up really high really fast when you get out of bed, its something to do with adrenalin being released, and maybe you are waking up a bit hypo and then flying high an hour later. When last did you see your diabetic specialist? What was your last Hba1c? Also the symptoms could certainly be hormonal. I'm still a tad young for menopause, so don't know much about it, but hormones can really upset things, especially in conjunction with your other problems.
I would go for the gastroscope and colonoscopy. Who knows, this time they might find something. While you are there ask them to check the blood sugar (Hba1c), hormone levels and thyroid. Get it all done in one go. If the results are all normal that's ok too. At least you know your problems are not stemming from those things.
Finally, I got my Holter Report in the mail. I am open and wish everyone give it a go - comment. I have a look and think (no dr explain it), there are somethings was hidden..... Why they didn't explain the morning "express train"? Must be the strong coffee worked! See! No PAC, PVC nor Pause.
