How low will it drop my blood pressure/need advice bad

im on Remeron, risperdl and ativan,i thought i had my heart rate under control so i havent had to take any medications for it till today after 2 weeks of it being normal,The last med i was on was tiazac and i went off it because it caused dizziness well today my heart rate went up to 118 so i took 12.5 mg of atenol at 1 30 p.m its now going on 8 p.m and my blood pressure is 98/69 heart rate 81,,im worried that my pressure will keep dropping thru the night can any one tell me,i dont know if risperdal lowers pressure or not

The atenolol is past its peak.  If you need the risperidal, you could take it.  If you are going to bed, the pressure shouldn't bother you while you sleep.  Are you normally hypertensive?  Best of luck.  Are you taking the risperidal and ativan for the purpose of controlling the pulse as well.?  Risperidal is not at all cardiac specific but it can still drop your pressure a bit as it lessens anxiety which can raise bp.  I have problems all the time with my bp dropping enough to drop me.  I'm on the tiazac AND lisinopril AND coreg AND flecaininde and sometimes labetalol, propanolol, and MORE.   It can be a difficult balancing act.
