How many pvcs/pacs do you get a day?

I'm 31 and they are so random.
Saturday I must of got about 60 that day
Yesterday about 9-10
Today 3 so far ...
They have no reason or rhyme to them
They drive me nuts
I do have anxiety and i notice 11-12 days before period they get worse.
Early part of my cycle 1 or 2 a day
I know people get many more than that but I still can't stand the horrible things.

I have worn a Holter monitor and recorded 4800 PVCs per day.  

My cardiologist says they are benign. People who suffer from anxiety or panic--and I sometimes do--feel them more than others, who often aren't even aware of them.

I can tell you that if you get trreatment for your anxiety, your life will be a lot more comfortable.
