"How to" post on other boards Q

I just tried to post to another arrhythmia board (one that a Dr monitors and answers questions on) but it seems the only way I can post is in response to someone else's post. How do I ....can I? post a new message to the other Heart Rhythm  medical questions board. Do I need to create a whole new profile? Use another email and password? Seems that way but hoping I am wrong and someone can give me a clue here:-)

Just looking at it in comparison to other forums, there is no green box for "post a question" on the expert arrhythmia forum. And yet there's a fairly recent question there. I have no idea. Perhaps the green box only appears when they're receiving questions, typically 2 a day. Have you tried asking the people in charge about this? Scroll to the bottom of the page and there's a spot for "Contact us." Maybe they can explain why that particular board is so difficult.

Thanks ..Think I'll just stick to posting all questions here. Seems like a really good helpful/ and knowledgeable board and I'll probably get answers a lot faster then waiting for a Dr to check the other one.
