I NEED SOME HELP. . . . .

I am 33 yrs old (female) And for the past 8 weeks or so I have been having wierd symptoms that no one can explain -im worried it may be my heart. I have went to dr numerous times and had tons of labwork done and nothing can be found. He says I just may be stressed and to rest. 8weeks later im not any better. I have these "spells" where my fingers turn frozen (rest of body normal temp) and heart beat races (not sure what order each time), I then get "shaky" and sit or lay down. I have passed out 2-3 times already in a year. 8 weeks ago was the last time i hit the floor and my boyfriend said i was out for a minute or 2 max. I woke up and vomited (like the other times as well). last week the same thing again but i didnt actually pass out (just felt like it and it passed) and again 2 nights ago before bed, I had 2 more "spells" but didn't pass out. After it "passes" my fingers go back to normal temp like the rest of my body. After going through this constantly im afraid to even leave the house. I have 2 kids to care for and i have been checked for everything, thyroid, sugar, BP, CBC. CMP, Iron Deficancy, pregnancy, and many others. Im seeking any answers at all before i end up admitting myself to the hospital (no insurance). I was hoping it was a virus or bug and would go away on its own. Im getting more nervous it may be my heart??? If anyone can guide me it will be greatly appreciated.

I think the vomiting is a key clue. Did you mention that to your doctor? Did you get checked for possible seizures?

I have occaisonal faints also but docs always say that it's such a common thing that it could be anything. I still have no idea wat causes my faints but I have a long prodome before so I try to sit down as fast as possible.

sorry I should use my brain once in a while lol

ANS = autonomic nervous system
POTS = Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome
NCS = neurocardiogenic syncope
OI = Orthostatic intolerance
OH = orthostatic hypotension
NMH = neurally mediated hypotension

which are all under the dysautonomia umbrealla of conditions...including my brain fog's lol

it sounds like ANS problems similar to POTS and NCS, OI have you have a tilt table test done and your bp/hr tested for autonomic dysfunction?  you may want to post what you have here in that forum - you can find it on the related communities section on the right

alot of us dys patients have been told it's just stress or nothing is wrong - getting an accurate ans diagnosis can be hard if they don't know what to look for

be careful and make sure you hydrate such as gatorade water etc and keep a journal of what when where it happens, may be most helpful in avoiding some type of trigger you don't realize you have - I've passed out since I was 9 and finally got a dx when I was 42

Not at all. I dont notice anything that would trigger these to happen. They accure are different times of the day, and i dont have to even be doing anything at all. They are so sparatic i never know when a "spell" is going to hit. It's so scary.

Thinking you do need to have as many tests as poss, perhaps even a brain scan. Not wanting to worry you, but this cant be right and does seem to warrant more investigations. Have you noticed anything that starts it off. Flashing lights or false lighting?

It could even be those strange migraines but one thing is for sure, you need this checked thoroughly
