Yes it is scary. My GF has been there the past couple nights to watch me. The "attacks" happens all within an hour or so each other. (3-5) times usually. I can barely talk mumbling/stupid noises that I can barely say. BUT as soon as she touches me a wake up instantly with full strength and awareness...... IT is VERY strange. Am I stuck in between sleep and real life?! When they happen agai its all very close to eachother... I can also hear this pulse through my ears very loud and hard which I think is my pulse. It may be stress. I just feel so heavy after it happens It makes me tired for hours. Thank you for the responses, more would be great! Thanks.

Sorry to read of what sounds like a very difficult and problematic time for you.  Unfortunately you use some abbreviations (what is "GF") and describe symptoms that I can not related directly to Heart Rhythm problems.  Others may be having the same problem.  

You also seem to be "agreeing" to something, it may help if you would tell us what that is.
