I am 24 with left side chest pain spreading to me left arm shoulder neck and jaw

Hi.. I have persistent chest pain on my upper left chest and back. It radiates to my left arm shoulder, jaw including my left leg.
I get sharp pain that comes on suddenly whether at rest or whilst I am moving in my upper left back or chest. It lasts for a 1 min or so then goes away.
At times I have persistent upper back shoulder and neck ache. My wrist in my left arm hurts and I occasionally get a tingly sensation in my palm.
I have been to the A&E few times where my ecg shows my heart rate at 118. It has always shown above 100. But blood pressure has been normal.
My doctor also did a ecg at surgery which also came back above 100.
My heart rate used to be 60 before and now the sudden increase in my heart rate and pain as I have explained above is a concern.
I had been given a 24hour heart monitor still waiting on results.
I used to smoke but now only use a electric shisha pen with 3mg nicotine.
I also get out of breath and start wheezing randomly.
Doctors say although heart rate 100 and above is not much of a concern. Is a concern for me as I am experiencing pain and also feel random palpations. My heart rate sometimes is below 100 and then goes fast upto 128. Please can someone help me.thank you

Hey thanks for your replie. I have no pain in my lower back or anything. The doctor performed an examination to see if it is anything else too. All of my bloods have come back normal and exray. Except for ecg which comes back abnormal showing a few etopic beats  and heart rate over 100.

Still waiting on the 24 hour holter monitor results which will hopefully unleash everything.

I will update you I the results upon confirmation of my condition by the doctor.

Thanks

Glad to hear that you are seeing a doctor.  I hope that your heart gets fully evaluated.  I would suggest pushing for an echo to be sure all is well with the heart.  If it is then I might suggest seeing a back specialist.  Problems with the spine, possibly the neck area can affect our extremities and even affect our breathing if nerves are being impinged.  but get your heart fully evaluated first and rule that out to be safe.  Keep us posted how you are doing.
