I am having a lot of pvc, psvt, flutters and am new here

I am a 42 y/o male, very overweight but also active. On paper I'm very healthy. I've had pvc issues for 10 years. This past month I've been having very symptomatic flare ups with sone flutters. 2 years ago I had the run of tests....nuclear stress, echo all the labs and a Holter and all said normal. I now am wearing a 30 day monitor with 4 leads. It's caught a few what they called atrial runs that stop me in my tracks with fear if it's gonna stop but really is only a second or so but it recorded the hr going from 82 to 160 and back down. It scares the heck out of me. And this last month it happens quite a bit even multiple times a day. Most of the time it happens after a meal but not aleast. I tan to the ER last week when the first "big" episode of the flutter happened and the monitor company labeled it psvt. Anyone have any experience with this stuff? Am I gonna drop down to the ground from these issues? I'm a fairly normal guy but these things are making me feel like I want to check in to the hospital and demand they keep me until a cardiologist does a good workup on me. Thanks in advance for reading and replying.
