IS it worse if you feel it?

I wonder if it  means your PVC/PAC's are worse if you feel them.  Sometimes mine feel like a big dropthat I can live with and other times, like yesterday, they feel like a quick 1 second intense pain out of nowhere.  Does anyone else get the painful ones?

Yes I get the painful ones. Last week I was having very ,I'll say light palpitations, I couldn't feel them as much. But along with the PVC's I would get  a very sharp pinpoint pain through my heart with each PVC. That was new to me. My Dr. said it was nothing to worry about, easy for him.

My pain feels like a suuden very tight squeeze -- I almost think Im feeling the pause but apparently the Drs say I am feeling the heavy BEAT.  Either way, its horrifying.  I hope your feel better soon!
