Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia

Does anyone else with IST find that they have chest pain almost constantly, just different levels of pain? and sometimes the chest just doesnt feel "right" its not too fast or abnormal, just feels funny.

Just sharing my story....it may or may not be exactly like yours

I had issues starting 3 years ago with my pulse which would fluctuate from too slow to too fast on a whim (as it whatever keeps it in the zone was loosened up).   At teh same time, I also would experience tons of extra beats and flutters per day, as well as this 24/7 heavy chest pressure that sometimes extended to my ribs and throat, but mostly in the center of my chest.   After about 18 months, the chest discomfort and palpitations mostly went away.....and after another year or so , the palpitations returned but the other stuff such as chest pressure and swinging heart rate did not return.
