Irregular beat and some tightness in chest

by zuluking, Jun 03, 2009 11:55AM
I've had an irregular heart beat come and go for the last few weeks. Now it just skips a beat for a short period then goes back to normal. Also, I've notice some tightness in my chest at times that usually goes away within several minutes to half an hour. I have no problem doing exercise and, in fact, it steadies the heart beat and I feel 100% after running a mile or so. I have NO dizziness, nausea, sweating or shoulder pains that would point to a heart attack. Could the chest tightness be muscular-skeletal? I have been stressed out lately. Thanks.
