Irregular heart beat

Hello everyone,
Occasionally I experience (feel) irregular heart beats. The frequency is quite variable - it can be every day or it may go away for a week or two. This has been going on for a few years. The duration is also quite variable - it may be just one or two irregular beats or it may go on periodically for several hours. I feel great and have no trouble exercising.
I bought an AliveCor two-lead ECG device and I was able to get two 30 second ECGs - one that is normal (when I was not experiencing the irregular beat) and one that is abnormal (when I was experiencing the irregular beat). AliveCor created a PDF file for each. My name and birthday were on each of these PDF files so I downloaded Wondershare's free pdf editor to remove my name and birthday. Wondershare creates a watermark (and wondershare link) on the pdf document until you buy the upgrade. I then loaded these two files to my Google Drive and shared them for public view.

Here's a link to the normal ECG...

And here's a link to the abnormal ECG...

Can anyone tell me what condition I'm experiencing and if it is serious?
Thanks,
John

Thank you Michelle and Cloa!
Hey, does anyone need a Littmann 3200 electronic stethoscope? I bought this new Nov 2015 to capture a recording of my condition. I have the recordings I need and I'd like to try to get something for the stethoscope. Contact me privately if you are interested. ***@****
Thanks,
John

You also might want to consider your ionic balance. Excessive sodium and insufficient Potassium can alter your heart rhythm.

Glad you were able to block out your name and birthday.  No one can really diagnose you online and I am not an educated expert on ecg strips but it looks like they are simply some isolated pacs and nothing to worry about in an otherwise healthy heart.  If you have not had your heart health evaluated you may want to see a doctor for a checkup and let them know what you are feeling but if they are pacs they are really of no concern.  Pvcs are a bit more concerning but really only in the context of an unhealthy heart but it is best to let a doctor evaluate you who has your whole history and results to review.

Why people get these extra beats is hard to say.  Some say that everyone gets them at some point but even if that isn't true the working knowledge is that they are pretty harmless if the heart is healthy.  Things that can aggravate them are acid reflux.  Caffeine, sugar, carbohydrates, spicy foods and large heavy meals.  Becoming dehydrated can also trigger them as can stress and anxiety.  They tend to come and go for people for seemingly no reason at all.  The more you can ignore them the less ability they will have to distract you and disrupt your sense of well being.  But do get to a doctor to get a check up to be sure all is well with your health.  Take care and try to not worry.
