Irregular heart beats and A-Fib

How can I tell PAC and PVC,s from A-Fib...do normal heart beats sometimes pop in during A-Fib.  All I am ever told is that A-fib has a very irregular HB, but that doesnt help me to identify it....I feel EVERYTHING.I dont know if this is bad, but it sure causes a lot of misery and life changes

Many of us AFib'ers done really feel anything other than an irregular HB, and mostly as only irregular, not thump or hard or soft... just normal sounding beats that lack the tick-tick of a clock regularity.  There are other symptoms with AFib, even if mild the include shortness of breath, maybe some dizziness, lower exercise capacity.... these are mine.  

And EKG will clearly show AFib if the AFib is active when the EKG is taken.. there is a missing "P wave".. or a lack of a signal of the atrium contracting.

Some people have severe symptoms from AFib, I do not.
