Irregular heart rhythm and palpitations

Okay so i am 31 year female no prior history of heart issues.  4 years ago I was having similar problems but they suddenly went away overnight and the same issues are happening again.  I feel palpitations in my heart when i lay down at night on my back or lay on my left side.  It used to only happen every once in a while but now it is happening all the time.  It even happens when i am standing up.  Another thing i have noticed is that when I just get up and walk around the house my heart rate jumps to about 130 which i feel is way too high for a normal day to day activity.  I had a stress test and echo done and everything came back normal.  I did a 24 hour monitor and I am waiting for results to that.  I should also add that I get random bouts of being lightheaded.  My blood pressure is normal by the way and so is mu sugar.  I am getting scared about it but so far they have found nothing.  Has anyone else been experiencing this?

I get heart PVCs too! It feels like a stop a pause then a real hard beat! Sometimes it is scary like your heart will not start again. The recovery beat after the skip sometimes hurts like it hits my ribs with force. I can hear these hard thuds in a quiet room. and can see them too! I though have always had a strong visible heart. My heart has always been strong and powerful and visible! I am an athletic man'6' tall 210 lbs. I workout do martial arts, am healthy as can be. But my heart beats like a hammer in my chest. I have visible pulsations on my chest and it shakes my whole body. After exercise, you would be able to hear and see it thumping standing next to me. My Dr. says I am healthy as a Tiger and it's just from being athletic. It makes a large muscular heart.
Is your heart visible when it does this?

Thank you so much for your response !! Yes I am currently taking Metropolol xl 50mg 2x daily. It slows down my heart rate sometimes, but does nothing for the pvc's and pac's.

I feel you completely.

Have you tried any meds?

It is life changing and really depressing, I have never felt so ****** in my life.

I also changed my diet, I workout but have put that on low speed now, I'm afraid to go into my basement to do my laundry....so many steps :(

This sounds just like the symptoms I have been experiencing for a long time and have been rapidly getting worse with age. I also get this really strong pounding in my chest and throat followed by a feeling like a skip breath. This problem has affected my life so much that some days i can't pull myself out of depression. All of my test have been Norma according to the cardiologist except for Pac's pvc's and a few short runs of svt's on 3 event monitors. The cardiologist have told me that the irregular beats are not dangerous , however my life is effected tremendously by these episodes. I believe that the monitor isn't picking up all of my symptoms because these doctors think I should be fine living with this. I have changed my diet to plant base mostly , I do yoga and meditation, but nothing has helped for the past 7 months. I am unable to work and do things that I use to love. Some days I dont want to live like this. I am looking for any suggestions. I also forgot to mention the chest pains that I often get.

I've been having the same thing happen, I will be laying on my side and roll over to my back and suddenly my heart jumps from 60 to 130 for about 10 beats then goes back to normal, it scares me every time it happens,
It happens almost every time I sit down.
Its really getting old, I was told when I had my 24 hour heart monitor that I had a few runs of SVT.

Hello,

Stress and anxiety can cause the skipped heart beats and rapid heart rate. Has the doctor tested your blood pressure both lying down and then quickly standing up, sometimes adrenal malfunction can cause these issues as well..
