Is it possible to have a 3 second long compensatory pause after a PVC?

So I was sitting down and I suddenly feel a strong movement in my chest. I felt like a flip flopping of my heart. It felt like a strong PVC. Then I feel my heart pause in what I think is a compensatory pause following the PVC, but the pause lasted for longer than I expected. I felt like my heart had stopped for about 3 seconds. I had a large thump after that and I stopped feeling the strong movements. Due to my panic over the pause, my heart started racing. I immediately thought that maybe I was having v tach or SVT but that was later debunked because I gradually exited out of the rhythm rather than suddenly going back to a slower pace. For some background, I'm a 24 year old female who had been suffering from PVCs for 6 months. I've had normal test results (Ekg, echo, holter). I wasn't feeling emotionally stressed at the time but I had not gotten adequate sleep in the last few days. I take 25mg of metoprolol succinate. It used to be 50mg but I lowered it to 25 about 2 weeks ago due to dizziness. I'm also bad at hydrating myself regularly so I probably have mild dehydration. What could this even have been? Did I experience a sinus pause or asystole? Was it just a bad PVC or PAC? I've also been anxious for a long time and I have been experiencing palpitations.

If you were not wearing a Holter monitor at the time, there is no way of knowing the length of your pause.

Three things:  First, see a cardiologist to talk about this, and ask about a Holter for a period of time.

Two, you are not dehydrated.  This is a fashionable term these days, but unless you have lost 5-10% of your weight overnight, you are not dehydrated.  It's not happening unless you're barfing nonstop or running a marathon.  Forget about it.

Third, get treatment for health anxiety.  I'm not joking about this.  Pointless fixation on your health can ruin your life, and therapy, especially cognitive-behavioral, can give your life back.

You sound exactly like me I had the same episode the other day. My cardiologist who I happen to see today just blew it off like lets just up your beta blocker and see how you do.
