My dad is 81 and has chronic heart failure and COPDChronic obstructive pulmonary disease Copd (chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder) Smoking and copd (chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder). He also has arrhythmia (for many years). Lately, an odd twitch has started to appear where his left side (from the waist up) twitches. It does it one time, then stops, then does it again about 4 more times. A few minutes to a 1/2 hour later, it happens again. The only time I've seen this type of thing was when he was on life supportSupport Support 500 after a "crash" and then, it was a full-body twitch. This seems like the same thing, only it is less severe and only on one side. Does anyone know what this is and what is causing it? Thank you for your help.
