Lopressor

by allaflutter1213, Jan 20, 2009 03:14PM
I just came from my cardiologists office and he wants to take me off of verapamil and put me on lopressor.
He says that lopressor is one of the newer beta blockers that can be used on people with asthma.
Ok, so I start looking on line and I can't see where it's documented anywhere to use lopressor for arrythmia either for labeled or off labeled usage.
So I am still as confused as I ever was..
Does anyone else take the lopressor for their arrythmia? And if so has it helped you at all?
Any of you who do use it also asthmatic?

Worried again...
