Being heavy on the beta blockers and calcium channel blockers will certainly cause that. Then, the easy answer is to lighten up on the meds. My bp is is usually about there too- and a rate of 60 (which is my minimum paced rate). Tired and dizzy and hard to lose weight... but I can't lighten up on the meds. Then the rhythms go crazy. There are a few of the tricks I utilize when my pressure plummets. Does it ever go into the 70s and even the 60s. Have you got your thyroid checked? Hope you figure out something.
