A blood pressure of 82/49 is very low, but if you feel all right, not dizzy or weak, then it must be all right. The pulse of 47 is also below normal, but if it goes up when you exercise, then it may also be fine.
Are you taking any heart or blood pressure medications?
Is there any irregularity in your heart rate?
If there is nothing else it may be fine to just be aware of it and to discuss it with you doctor next time you have a general check-up, as we should all have periodically.
