I have very low heart beat it goes to 44 sometimes and sometimes it goes to 99 or higher. Sometimes when i am sleeping it wakes me up. I have done so many check up for the heart for more than ten years now and nothing was done.
There is nothing specifically wrong with a rest HR of 44, so long as you don't have any symptoms like dizzy, fainting, and headaches that could indicate a need for more oxygen than your heart is delivering.
You didn't explain the 99 or higher, is that when up and moving around or is it also so at rest? If at rest, I'd say while 99 isn't alarmingly high it is worth checking...seems you have, I can't understand what medical advice you've had from your brief post.
