Low heart rate & tingling hands

I have a low heart rate of about 45 to 60 with no heart problems, I have had ekg and wore heart monitor. I don't have any sysmtons but if I sit long or if it is cold my fingers  or hands with feet get cold easy and start tingling could this be caused by low heart rate

You do have a low HR, but that in itself isn't a problem.... but given you have symptoms I'd ask:  what is your blood pressure?  If it is lower than normal that and the low HR could contribute to your symptoms, I'd guess.

In may ways, that's a nice problem to have so long as you don't have to subject your body to working in the cold and be subject to frost bite... and just discomfort.  

This is something you may want to discuss with a doctor, perhaps as part of a regular physical exam.  It doesn't sound like anything to worry about.
