MIGRAINE

in a situation whereby migraine is making one to collapse in the public, what do you think is wrong and how can the problem be solved?

I would see a cardiologist and a neurologist.  I would evaluate your risk factors for dangerous arrhythmias.  If you do not have them, I would clear  you from cardiac causes.  Depending the sequence of symptoms, I would also want to work you  up for seizures.

It ends up being just from the migraines (not sure that I have seen this before but I bet a migraine specialist has), medications to promptly treat the migraine or even medications to prevent (propranolol, others) might be helpful.

A migraine specialist will be able to provide ore information on how treat the migraines -- haven't done that for a while.

I hope this helps.
