Major Pvc's 39 year old male skipped beats and pounding beats very nervous!

Hey doctor hey people i had an episode of chest pain and shortness of breath about 3 weeks ago.I went to the er and they keep me for 24 hours i did a a raido/stress test here were the results:

The patient was physically stressed under standard bruce protocol treadmill reaching 88% of maxium predicted heart rate 180bpm

The left venticule is normal in size on stress and rest.Nosignificant fixed or reversible perfusion defects. No abnormal lung uptake. No focal wall motion adnormality.LVEF equals 62%
impression normal left venticular perfusion post stress..

I thought i was fine but 1 week after the test i started getting about 3-4 noticable pvc's followed by a strong pounding beat that would stop me in my tracks while walking!!

With these finding on my nuclear stress test should i be worried because my anxiety is through the roof! thx looking forward to some advise on what to do..i have taken an echo last week on advise of my pcp and dont get the results until the 19th but im freaking out!thx again!

Oh I have them too. PVCs and PACs. Some days lots, other days little but I get them all the same. Sometimes flutters, flip flops, butterflies, pounds, bangs, thuds. I get all the feelings and they can be truly scary. I would recommend you following up with a cardio who can get you on a holter monitor and record exactly what you are feeling.

But rest assured that having the tests you have (I assume an echo as well?) that your heart is strong and healthy and doing what it needs to do. In this setting, PVCs are only an annoyance and fuel to our anxiety :)

I have those skipped, flutters, flip flops and than the hard pounding beats to.if all test are coming back good than its PAC/PVC  that will not harm you, I've had them most my life and I am still here, they can make your anxiety go threw the roof, I have learn to live with them, it's scary at times but I just keep going.     Try and relax, the more stressed you are the more you have, it's not easy but after you have had them for awhile it gets easier to deal with them.
