Mild Mitral Regurg significance

My Dr. found a heart murmur at a routine check up and sent me for an echo - here are the findings:

Left ventricular systolic function is normal with an ER of 55-60%
Left ventricular size is normal.
Left atrium is normal in size and function.
Mitral valve is normal.
Mild mitral regurgitation is present.
Aortic valve is trileaflet and appears structurally normal.
Mild tricuspid regurgitation is present

I am a little concerned about the mild regurg in mitral and tricuspid valves.  Dr. says nothing to worry about?  Anyone with experience here - I'd love your thoughts!

Should I take an antibiotic for surgeries/dentist?

I am not a doctor, but your test results look good.  I understand your concerns over the mild MR and TR, but it really is a common finding.  Today's equipment is capable of detecting even trivial regurgitation.  

Sometimes, mild regurg. worsens and will require additional monitoring and/or intervention.  If the regurg. worsens, you would usually notice new, or changing symptoms.  If you notice shortness of breath, increasing fatigue doing the things you've always been able to do (ie: walking for a short distance), chest discomfort, increase in ectopic (PVC's and/or PAC's), touch base with the your doctor to be sure everything is stable.
