Mom just has triple bypass and still feeling dizzies

My mom just had a bypass about a week ago and she is still in the hospital.  She is feeling dizzies and her heart beat is irregular and BP is up.  Is this normal?

I think the answer to your question depends on a lot of information we don't have.  If she's still in the hospital you have an excellent source of diagnostic answers.  Just ask the attending nurse and doctor(s).  

Of importance is did she have an irregular HP and high BP before the bypass?  Dizziness may be due to the lack of activity prior to getting out of bed, this can cause dizziness when there is nothing wrong.
