Muscle Spasms where i normally feel my pvc's freak me out

So sometimes i have what feels like muscle spasms right where i can feel pvc's.

Basically it feels like sometimes, my breast muscle will twitch and sometimes i can catch my pulse because it happens long enough, thus i know its not a pvc

But sometimes it happens where it feels like its on the inside of my body and not actually my breast muscle,  but it happens so fast, that by the time i catch my pulse, its normal and the twitching stopped already.

what gives me a little solace, there are no symptoms of shortness of breath, pain or passing out, seriously, nothing.  Nothing ever happens with my normal pvc;s either.

Anyone ever get this?

ya im not even sure if its v-tach, iv had v-tach before and everytime it checked out ok (im guessing we are talking the same vtach with over 100bpm?)

Never the less, im leaning toward spasms.

In the past, i have had palps where they would be pounding for a good 8-9 beats but my pulse would be completely normal.

Im probably over thinking something that happend 3 weeks ago.

No vfib generally doesn't convert on its own.  If anything it would be vt but if you are having all over muscle spasms then I would look into electrolyte imbalances like maybe a potassium deficiency.  Take care.

ya i'll keep an open mind.  but i get muscle spasms every part of my body almost all the time.  I dont think it was anything serious, i dont think v-fib would last a split second like that

I am not really certain what is going on.  It might be worth mentioning to your doctor though as you say you have no accompanying worrisome symptoms so they will likely not be too concerned.  It could be a short run of something or it could just be your chest muscles got a bit strained and the spasms will go away.  Obviously keep an eye on things and if they get worse don't hesitate to go and see your doctor.  Take care and have a wonderful holiday and New Year ahead.
