My daughters heart pounds

My 10 year old daughter was diagnosed with murmer as baby, last month she had an ECG which nurse found sinus arrhthmia, said Doctor would get back to me if he was worried.  As he has not been in touch, I still worry as her heart pounds, and she said she can feel it a lot and the pulse in her neck is very strong.

Should I be worried?  Can anybody shed any light on this.

You said it was last month - like a week ago or a few weeks ago? If it was just a week or so, give it a little more time. Her doctor may be consulting with a cardiologist about this. If it's been over 2 weeks, there's no reason you can't call the office and ask about the results of her ECG test. Hopefully it will just turn out to be an annoying palpitation (feeling the heart beat) and nothing more. But both of you need the answer for reassurance.
