Need help with ECG interpretation

The Other day I went to my GP and took an ECG. It showed the report as follows
NORMAL SINUS RHYTHM, BORDERLINE RIGHT AXIS DEVIATION, ST ELEVATION PROBABLY NORMAL EARLY REPOLARISATION PATTERN.

My GP says that my ECG is within normal limits. If so the interpretation should have only the first sentence ie NORMAL SINUS RHYTHM. What about the other two sentences which showed in the result of my ECG?

Cindy is correct, everything is within normal variants. Most EKG machines will interpret your results, but it's the doctor that has the final say. I would be happy with the results, enjoy!

Basically in a nutshell what your results show is that you got the green light my friend. The key words are "normal", "borderline", "slight".  No doubt the majority of the human race that does not have heart problems probably read out as your ECG did.  I would listen to the doc, take it to heart, and move forward unless the doc tells you something different.  Sounds like you need to buy a lottery ticket to me because you got lucky...no worries.
