Normal Heart Pulse

I'm female, 42 years old. My blood pressure range at rest is about 104 - 110 / 60 - 65 and my pulse rate is at 60 - 65. I'm not on any medication. Is my BP and pulse reading normal?

Those are numbers that many people would dream of having, so I'm wondering - what were you worried about with these numbers?  Ideal blood pressure is 90-120 over 60-90, and ideal resting heart rate is in the 60s.  You have both of those things.  Cardiovascularly you appear to be in excellent shape.  So why the worry?

I'd say it's darn near perfect.

Normal pulse is between 60 and 70 for a female and average blood pressure is 120/80 and lower is better.  So, I'd say you're very close to normal.
