PAC's are really annoying me!? Anything be done about them?

I have recently been put on iron supplements because docs found that my iron stores were fairly low. I am wondering if this could have kicked off these PAC's I have been getting? They were really noticeable yesterday and were on and off all day. The feeling of them is really unnerving and gross. I had a holter test a few weeks ago and it said that everything was normal aside from infrequenct PAC's. I am hoping it goes away once my levels of iron are normal again because they are really annoying..  Any ideas?

If you look up symptoms of low iron you will see that palpitations and irregular heart beats are one of the side effects of low iron.

My sister iron level was 9 during pregnancy and she had terrible irregularities with her heart, which was checked out by cardio. This did not really resolve until he levels were up. I think the average is between 12 - 16, well that is what it is in the UK.
