PAIN and Flutters

I have been diagnosed with anxiety. With that diagnonsis I have ALL kinds of tests. EKG, Holter monitor echo cardiogram, and Brain MRI.  All came back normal Also many blood tests all normal
Recently I have been feeling a pressure in my chest when I stand up or start to get a little active it gets a little worse for a second or if I get an anxious feeling!! I also have a flutter or skipped beat feeling!! I am worried I have a problem with my heart, It has been going on now about three days the pressure, The skipped beat feeling I have had for a long time.
My questions aer should I be worried my I called my doc and he says its just my anxiety But I dont think it is. Is there any other tests I should get to rule out any heart condition? Should I go to the ER?? I dont know what my next step should be and the more I worry about it the worse it gets!!!

I was just wondering if the blood tests you had were done in the ER or urgent care unit, where cardiac enzymes would most likely be checked, and would be checked 100% of the time with active chest pain.

You could call your PCP and ask if these tests were done along with the general blood counts.

I can't really answer this with the information I have available.  If I am asked if you should go to the ER and you are having chest pain, I have to say yes because we can't talk about and I can't see EKGs, Echos, etc.

Your symptoms do sound like anxiety, but I can't make the diagnosis of the internet is someone having active pain.

A stress test is always important to rule out ischemia and I did not see that on your list above.  People with continuous chest pain and normal EKG and normal cardiac enzymes have no cardiac chest pain.  you cannot have anginal chest pain continuously and not have a heart attack.  You have not had enzymes check or a stress test, so I would need more information to comment.

If you are still having pain and think it is cardiac, you should be evaluated.
I hope this helps.
