PVC alternative therapy?

I am a fairly healthy 58 year old with regular episodes of PVC's, I've been told like many others not to worry after  testing indicates a relatively benign condition. I was on Propanalol ( beta blockers ) but  because I have asthma it significantly increase my susceptibility to asthma attacks during exercise. Also I have had an occasional  PVC or two while my heart rate was up while running, usually on the increase side of working up to pace.  For those of us who find it difficult to accept that nothing more can be done, what about increasing cardiovascular exercise?  I was thinking of working up to my old running habits maybe try a 5k-10k run in the future, is there any reason to think I should not continue or even increase my exercise habits?
Thanks

PVC will working out with increased heart rate , no problems there.  PVC's that happen when your heart is in the cooling down phase after exercise, not so good news.  That is what my cardio doc told me.  I throw 5000+ PVC's everyday and have them all the time when exercising.  It is annoying and I swear im gunna die one of these days, but for years I have been fine.  Nothing can cure PVC's, they are like mosquito that will not stop biting you.

Okay i have a question that i may have not caught....are you still on the beta blockers or did the doc take you off of them because this completely alters the answer.  Personally if i had frequesnt episodes fo PVC's i doubt i would do a think withour clearance from my heart doc and i work out quite a bit at the gym and had to make some minor adjustments that my heart doc told me about which worked out fine.  As far as reasons go for not continuing or increading your fitness habits...i would just make sure that all of my bases were covered  before i delved into that because we only get one shot at life and why risk it?  Having a "relatively" benign condition means to me that you need to be monitored....personal gain in completing goals could totally put you at risk until you have all of the answers that comes from your doctors....good luck
