I am going to stick to my oatmeal breakfast religiously!!! It also helps your cholesterol.  Rolled oats are better for you -- more fiber -- and you can cook them in the microwave.  Add some raisins, and walnuts and you're cookin':)

I hope I'm not speaking too soon. I have had PVCs for years. Drove me crazy. Sometimes thousands per day and up to every third beat (trigeminy). I dreaded any activity that increased my heart rate from resting. That would fire them off. I was able to do high heart rate activities, it was primarily the act of increasing or decreasing the rate when they were most active.

As I did more research I found magnesium was consistently brought up as a factor. Looking for foods rich in magnesium I found oat meal. I hope it is not a coincidence, but about a week after a daily bowl of instant oatmeal in the morning my PVCs are gone! It's only been about a week I have been PVC free, but it's the first week in about a year or two I have felt this good. Hope it stays this way.

Mag helped mine we-well.  I did 400mg magnesium glycinate twice per day + 600 mg calcium + D once per day (need to take calcium with mag).

I tried all sorts of other stuff.  I think I tired everything under the sun claiming to help PVCs on a google search, none of that helped.

The worst trigger of my PVCs is vitamin B.  Not sure which one.

I've had some success with magnesium reducing the number of PVC's but in general, PVC's and PAC's don't bother me. I just did it as an experiment. PVC's are so erratic and unpredictable it's hard to completely control them.

Magnesium can help calm down the muscles and nervous system.
Because the heart is a muscle, magnesium could possibly lessen PVC's.

I read not all magnesium supplements sold OTC for muscles are absorbed well though.
So u might do some research on that.

I haven't been able to take magnesium for an extended period yet and find out its effeects
on my pvc's because my gastrointestinal system couldn't tolerate it.. upset stomach means more pvc's for me.
