Yes i know not in a normal heart but what if you have some heart dysfunction and leaky valves abd enlarge atrium can PVC be danergous

Yes these can be dangerous but only if you heart disease or an underlying condition. A holter monitor/ stress echo should be able to pick up on these and tell you whether or not your specific issues are dangerous.
