PVC'S AND BYSTOLIC TABS

I have been having episodic PVC's for  years, but lately  they have become chronic and can interfere with falling asleep or will wake me.  My cardiologist prescribed Bystolic 5 mg., but on their web site, they caution people with "irregular heartbeats" not to take it. I called the 800 number they listed, but they couldn't tell me why. It seems to me that if they caution me not to take it, that I shouldn't. Now what?

I have taken Bystolic for 6 years.  It worked really well up until the last year. Have had very few side effects.

peggy. I had great succes with the PAC's with Bystolic. They were reduced to just a little "gas" in the chest. Very good for that purpose.

Perhaps your cardiologist is treating high blood pressure, do you have that?  Also, have you tried magnesium supplements to see if that helps with your PVCs?
