Interesting ! His website and newsletter make for great reading too. Here is another of his articles. This one on diagnosing palpitations. Very reassuring.

That's an excellent blog and thanks for posting it. As an aside, Dr. Day's group in Utah is suppose to be one of the top ablation groups in the entire USA. They do a lot of procedures and do a lot of training for other groups in the nation. That picture of him looks like he just got out of residency but he has been practicing a while now.
"...'m out on the field and started to get a PVC storm. Right in front of everyone. I focused on the symptoms, there were none. There were sensations, but no symptoms. and I thought, how lucky am I!? I can still run around the field and coach! And just went about my day."
Yup, that's it for some of us--when we suddenly realize that our actual physical performance is really not compromised by those nasty sensations.
Lol! This is my favorite. Found it a long time ago and pinned it to the home screen of my iPhone for those extra crummy days.
This is great info! For benign PVC sufferers who don't have symptoms and a normal heart muscle, you should be very thankful. I'm one of these, but still get frustrated by it. I'm in a new flare up recently after a long period of relative quiet. I get down on myself when I fell them.
I'm coaching little league and our first game was yesterday. I'm out on the field and started to get a PVC storm. Right in front of everyone. I focused on the symptoms, there were none. There were sensations, but no symptoms. and I thought, how lucky am I!? I can still run around the field and coach! and just went about my day.
