PVCs after exercise

Hello again

I know I'm getting a little obsessed with this PVC/PAC thing, and I know some people have much worse problems and I even feel bad for asking some "idiot" questions, but I need to clarify this situation:

- I have PVCs at "normal" rest rate, that's fact. At this time I have something between 10-30 / hour, depending on day.

- Usually I go for a walk 4 times a week, nothing very big and my HR goes to 130 max. Somehow I NEVER felt a single PVC when I'm walking fast. I'm not saying I don't have them, but I don't feel...

- I have the habit to measure my heart rate after exercise (I think people call it the recovery phase) and once again I never felt any PVC/PAC..............  until today.

- Today I had my walk, felt normal, good energy. Then I stopped and my HR was 128. I kept monitoring it and had 3 PVCs in the next 2 minutes.  After those, I had no more PVCs until now (1 hour later).

Does it have any importance? I guess no, and I was probably having them during exercise as well, but I'm so obsessed with this heart stuff that every small issue is a big question mark.

Thank you all

No importance I can think of.  They're just isolated, random, infrequent.

Hi Michelle and thank you again for your help,

I've cut ALL caffeine, I came from drinking 4-5 cups of coffee / day to nothing. I'm trying to reduce the fat and sugar as well. The number of PVCs is reducing indeed, or at least I don't notice them too often anymore.  The exercise seems to be working well too, when I walk 40-50 minutes in the morning, I have a "calm" day in terms of PVCs, so I think I will just keep exercising as much as I can and try to eat well, and hopefully they will go away (not forever, but at least for a while).

Once again, thank you and have a good day

There are no idiot questions so no worries.  This is the place to ask them aside from your cardiologist who honestly and truly has the most knowledge.  This said, it is very common to get them in the cool down phase of exercising.  And generally they will go away at higher heart rates.  I can sometimes get them when I first start to exercise but they go away.  Watch your caffeine intake as well address any stomach issues like Gerd and see if it helps lessen the amount you are having.  As well try not to stress about it all as that will make it worse.  Take care.  I hope they go away for you soon.
