PVCs difference between left or right?

PVCs difference between left or right?

Hi everyone, I hope that everyone is good today! I just have a little question. I have been told that my PVCs are coming from the left ventricle. I asked if there was one side that was worse than the other to have have them on and my EP said that the left ventricle was harder to get to than the right.
So my question:
If or when I need to go for an ablation....is this going to be more complicated than if they were on the right?
Whats the difference if any between right ventricular PVCs and left?

Thanks All, any answers and input is appreciated!!!

Here's what I understand, the catheters for the ablation are inserted in the a vein in the upper leg (groin) and veins return blood to the heart, that is into the right side of the heart. Thus the catheters arrive in the heart on the right side, thus work on the right side is easiest to reach.   Getting into the left side does introduce some complications and risks... still a low risk procedure.

Ask your EP what the risk factors are, and what the expected success odds are.  If the risk of serious complications is below 1% and the probability of  success is greater than 80% I'd say those are pretty good odds.

This is not an abstraction for me, I underwent open heart surgery in 2007 and the odds of complications was in the 2-3% range, I got of without any complications, pick you doctor carefully.  Get one with lots of experience, which is true of most EP doctors I think.
