PVCs every day

I am male 40 years. Other than (mild) hypertension - I take Triamterene  a quarterof 25mg   , I consider my self in good physical condition. I work out 5 times a week. I don't drink alcohol, I don't do drugs(never), I don't drink soda, I don't drink coffee. I don't smoke(never).

I first had my PVCs in Dec 2009. Only once  in 2009. then in 2010 I had 2 days of PVCs, in 2011 I had  4 days. in 2012 I had 12 days. staring in  2013 Feb, I have been having it every single day. During my 3 years ordeal I went to ER 3 times, echo twice, stress test twice, holter monitor 4 times. all clear. nothing.

my card gave me propanolol 10mg  - take it as needed, it doesn't help. I take magnesium supplement, I take potassium supplement, I eat banana, I eat spinach, drink juice, V8, beta blocker nothing nada zip...... BIG NOTHING still PVCs everyday. (bigeminy , trigeminy, etc) for total of 4-10 hrs

I never have pvcs in the morning . most of the time it starts right after lunch or right after dinner
anybody has the same experience? this drive me nuts. I am very angry at myself.

I know this is an older thread, but if you are getting notices of updates and comments to your question, here goes one:

I have had irregular heart beats (PVC's, PAC's) for years.  I am now 58 years old with mild hypertension and still have PVC's, etc.  Since 7th grade I've had SVT.  It was not diagnosed until many years later, as a young adult.  Had it corrected in 1997 with a catheter ablation.  It worked!  Great.  But the extra heart beats did not stop.  Anxiety, stress, lack of sleep (real sleep) all aggravate them.  But I had found the WORST instigator of the extra heart beats is this:  a full stomach, yes a large meal!  They invariably come on right after eating a large meal.  So try eating smaller meals more often.  If that is the case for you.

Hope this helped.

Considering it happens with meals there may be a stomach related issue.  Try cutting out carbohydrates as well as maybe take an antacid before the meal.  Maybe even get your stomach looked at.  As well maybe eat a bit of a smaller meal and see if that helps.

I have reduced the intensity of my workout a lot. Still the same.  Almost always , it starts with meal.  I have tried tums , nothing.

Don't be angry at yourself  These are tricky things to deal with.  I would say if you are working out intensely try and ease up a bit and see if that helps somewhat.  Sometimes if I overdo my exercising I can aggravate my pvcs and pacs.  So maybe just try not pushing as hard or alternate between going hard and going slow.  I do hope you can get a handle on them.
