Yes also I know my stomach is inflamed! For sure I feel it! I also have celiac disease which I maintain through a strict gluten free diet which again I'm always stressed when my kids eat something with gluten so they don't contaminate anything which in turn would make me very sick!
Lol thank you, sometimes it helps for someone to say, yes you have a lot going on in your life! Being a mom has to be one of the hardest jobs ever. I guess it boils down to: I do not get a break. I thought the gym would help me de-stress, it did for a while then the anxiety creeped back into my life. Thanks for taking the time to comment and give advice. Sometimes reassurance helps! Thank you!
3 kids and working out 6 days per week, and putting up with anxiety / panic attacks is a lot!
Just about everyone who would get an echo will show regurge, it's not uncommon. Not having any regurgitation is the exception. It's something to watch, but not necessarily something bad.
Some of the things you can take action on are your lifestyle and stress management. One of the educated guesses as to what causes palpitations is inflammation. You have quite a few things going on in your life that are going to be releasing inflammation hormones. Stress (raising 3 kids), working out 6 days per week, panic attacks, anxiety, and we haven't even mentioned all the others like trying to be a mom and a wife, household....parents....
Depending on how hard you are training, your body needs time to recover. You aren't 20 anymore. If it's intense training, you need time off to recover. There a lot of ways to reduce the stressors in your life.
I would focus there because it's proven to be beneficial for palpitations and it's something actionable.
