Palpitations in Stomach

My pulse is about 60 and currently regular.  I wake up at around 3 or 4 am feeling Palpitations in my stomach area.  They appear to be in sync with my heart beat but 4 times as fast (around 240).  If I get out of bed the palpitations stop but start up again when I get back in bed.  They are more intense when on my side an less intense on stomach or back.

I was looking up some other info and found something you might check into - a symptom called a "gallop rhythm".

I have no idea, very strange.

Has the symptom passed?  Ever happen before?

Did you try an anti-gas treatment?
